Ever since he was a boy, Jeff Schindler knew he wanted to be a homebuilder. Jeff’s grandfather, a second-generation homebuilder in the St. Louis Area, taught him about the craftsmanship and care needed to build a quality house. 

His passion for the industry grew as he gained experience. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Missouri State University, Jeff took a position with the largest homebuilders in the state, working his way through the project manager system. Jeff gained experience in sales, customer service, estimating and construction management. Jeff was then promoted to President, the position he held for 10 years before pursuing his lifelong dream of owning his own homebuilding business. Jeff was Past President of the Homebuilders Association of St. Louis and Eastern Missouri. He was selected for the 40 under 40 award for the St. Louis Business Journal and Professional Builder magazine. Additionally, Jeff has served on the Advisory Board of Missouri State University’s Department of Technology and Construction Management.

Jeff’s vision for Schindler Homes is to build quality custom homes in established St. Louis communities.
