Building homes has always been more than a career for Jeff Schindler — it has been a lifelong passion rooted in family tradition. Inspired at a young age by his grandfather, a respected second-generation St. Louis homebuilder, Jeff developed an early appreciation for the craftsmanship, integrity, and attention to detail required to build a truly exceptional home.

After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Missouri State University, Jeff began his career with one of the largest homebuilders in Missouri, gaining hands-on experience across every aspect of the industry including sales, customer service, estimating, and construction management. His leadership and expertise ultimately led him to serve as President for over a decade before launching Schindler Homes to pursue his vision of creating thoughtfully crafted homes in the communities he knows and values most.

Throughout his career, Jeff has earned recognition as one of the St. Louis area’s most respected homebuilding professionals. He is a former President of the Home Builders Association of St. Louis and Eastern Missouri, was recognized by both the St. Louis Business Journal and Professional Builder Magazine as a 40 Under 40 honoree, and has served on the Advisory Board for Missouri State University’s Department of Technology and Construction Management.

Today, Jeff focuses on building custom and move-in-ready homes in established St. Louis neighborhoods, with a strong emphasis on premier infill locations throughout St. Louis County and the 270 corridor. His deep knowledge of the local market, long-standing industry relationships, and hands-on approach allow Schindler Homes to deliver exceptional quality, timeless design, and a highly personalized experience for every homeowner.
